The service was amazing! Our waitress was super cool, and the food was delicious! Best Denny's I've been to.

5 stars for the service and staff. We have gone here twice and we were treated so nicely. My six year old daughter loves it! I like there value menu, biscuit and sausage gravy with an egg for 2 bucks, awesome. We had the pancake puppies with cinnamon sugar, they were little fried balls of deliciousness. The atmosphere is old 50's diner, totally fun. Much nicer Denny's than where I live. Thanks Joseph and Jason for a wonderful experience.

The attention was really nice, our waitress sophia attended so kind, the food took time but the hostess advice about that from the beginning, food quality was great, well served and well prepared. I strongly recommend this place.

Stopped by for a late night meal, unfortunately, I chose the wrong restaurant. Avocado and bacon Burger was very dry with no flavor at all. Cheese on the burger seemed old and dry. The best part on the plate were the fries. Service was good. Won't be returning.

If you judge a restaurant by the quality of its restrooms...RUN!!! Really this is a typical Denny's - OK food and horrible service (nice people but wicked slow).

Nice people, short staffed, late employees. In a nutshell, the service could be better! Food tasted great and was hot. I came here with my boyfriend after visiting white sands, and after we finished our food and asked for the check, we were informed that we couldn't close out our ticket because the girl who was working with us had left and needed to come back to close out her drawer. Who does that? And why can't the manager on duty do it? Anywho, the girl never came back, and we were informed that the next server coming in (who was late) was to close out our meal ticket. My experience eating here was good, but paying was horrible. Bring cash to expedite your experience here!

Now, I can't say definitively that my upset stomach was caused by my breakfast at Denny's, but it was the only meal I've had all day today. The servers were all very nice, but they did seem to be understaffed for the amount of people that were in there.

Just want to say that the manager, Gwen Donahoo, doesn't know how to manage. There was a line of people waiting and one family by one, no matter the size, were told there's a 20-30 minute wait. Most did not want to wait. Our family of 5 and another family opted to wait around. Even though there were more empty tables than people she continued to run around with her head cut off with 2 waitresses serving the two parties of 11 and maybe 15. A couple came in asked about the wait, she gave them the same spill of "we're swamped", but quickly charged her mind and seated them (poor customer svc). The cook who was done cooking for the 26 patrons came and helped her. He cleaned the table, seated us, and took our drinks. Not his job, but that's team work. This was on a Monday. The food was not bad. If it wasn't for the poor management, this place would be average.

Good breakfast that you normally expect from Denny's and our waitress "Christian" was very nice and did a good job. My only complaints are that we had to wait a few minutes to be seated when they weren't even busy and the bathroom was dirty.

Just wanted a burger. Was asked to leave because I was talking on my cell phone. Then was asked to leave a tip - after they kicked me out? Stay away if you want to talk - this place is like a library.

The Denny's corporation needs to take note of his location on what not to do. Three of went there and were seated promptly (since no one was there). After sitting in the freezing environment our nice but inexperienced waitress takes our drink order. After 5 mins they bring our drinks. The waitress takes our order but she couldn't make suggestions bc it was her second day. We understood and ignored her lack of knowledge. We asked if she could raise the temperature bc it was a cold 50 degrees inside restaurant but then she mentioned everyone had been complaining and they won't adjust it. She then moves on to say that no one lasts working there due to poor management and she probably wouldn't either. After 40 mins we get our food and it looks like overcooked prison food. All the skillets were charred and eggs where foamy. The sausage or chorizo or ham tasted the same, couldn't tell which was which since it was so overcooked. The chicken sandwich was sloppy and no effort was made to make it tasty. We were hungry and no other restaurant was open so we ate what was edible and left as soon as we could due to freezing inside temperature. I feel bad for corporation on having such a poorly operated establishment. Someone from headquarters needs to come in and replace management and retrain cooks. I will never eat at this one again, it was so bad that I'm considering never eating at Denny's again. Be cautious here...

This is a fantastic Denny's. Not only do they give the AARP and/or military [retired, or active duty] 10% off their total bill, they are very friendly, and the management team walks around checking on the quality of the food, and the service we're receiving. Stick with water, as most Denny's charge $1.50 for coffee or tea or sodas. However, their $2, $4, $6, and $8 [with drink for $8 menu items] is a super deal and they have a lot to choose from. Three adults ate there from the special menu for only $11.98 and we got the discount so it was $9.?? but amazing for lunch :) It's classic diner atmosphere is what many crave, more-so than the food, but everything at this fine eatery! This is a good Denny's location.

Food was hot, salad was nice and big. However the clam chowder and the tilapia ranchero were seasoned a little too salty. I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and beautiful 50's decor diner. The waitress Tiff was really funny and fast too. I would go there again, but remember to ask for low salt. Yelp Challenge 365: 35/365

My fiance and I stopped in on our way out of town. The food was typical Denny's food, but the service was what made the experience memorable. We were sat after a few minute wait, which was nothing out if the ordinary. After sitting the tea we ordered was old, so my fiance asked for a cherry limeaid. We then ordered our meals which consisted of two sandwiches. After waiting ten minutes, the cherry limeaid arrived. Waiting another 18 minutes, our food finally arrived. People that arrived after us were already leaving by the time we got our food. The manager explained that they were understaffed and she took care of our bill. This was unexpected, and is the reason the rating was not lower than the three. If I lived in Ruidoso, I would go back for another try.

Worst service ever. Our waiter never acknowledged us. The woman who seated us finally took our order and only because I asked. It took 30 minutes to get our food, which wasn't that great. When we went to pay, they couldn't find it in the system even though someone had printed the check. The manager had to take care of it. He was frustrated it seemed and had no control over the chaotic service.

the service is terrible. I went to Denny's just to have a nice lunch, but no that cant ever happen so we get there and it starts off nice until we order our food. So it was about 45 minuets later and we still haven't got our food and it was just for two people. So we paid for out drinks and left without eating.
